These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the IINTS-AF SDK (“IINTS-AF”, “we”, “us”). By using the SDK, you agree to these Terms.
1) Intended Use (Pre‑Clinical Only)¶
IINTS-AF is a research and simulation SDK for pre‑clinical validation of insulin algorithms. It is not approved for clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, or medical decision‑making.
You must not use IINTS-AF for real‑time patient care or clinical decisions.
2) License¶
Your use of the SDK is subject to the project license:

3) User Responsibilities¶
You agree to: - Use the SDK in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Ensure you have lawful rights to any data you import or process - Secure any data stored locally on your systems - Validate and review results before any real‑world use
4) Prohibited Use¶
You may not: - Use the SDK to make direct clinical decisions - Misrepresent outputs as clinical advice or certified results - Infringe on data privacy or intellectual property rights - Attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit the SDK or its users
5) Third‑Party Services & Data¶
The SDK may interface with third‑party services or public datasets. Those services are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for compliance with those terms and access restrictions.
6) No Warranty¶
The SDK is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use is at your own risk.
7) Limitation of Liability¶
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the SDK.
8) Indemnification¶
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the maintainers from any claims arising from your misuse of the SDK or violation of these Terms.
9) Termination¶
We may restrict or terminate access to the SDK if these Terms are violated.
10) Governing Law¶
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the maintainer’s jurisdiction. If a specific jurisdiction is required, update this section.
